 About
the camera -
All pictures are taken on an Olympus C4040z digital camera capable of
4.1megapixels.
This camera has an a fast f1.8 lense, optical 35mm-105mm zoom whilst
for additional zoom a Tiffen X2 telephoto lense is attached giving a
total lense power of 210mm, for wider angle shots a Tiffen 28mm lense
is used. The latest lense aquisition has been a 2.4x Canon telephoto
lense, the extra 0.4 comes in very handy!
Shutter speeds vary from 1/1000th of a second for fast shooting to 16seconds
for clarity of image and night time exposures, and a wide range of filters
are also used to get the best possible results.

All of
the pictures featured on this website are reduced in quality and size
to save download times and bandwidth.
All pictures are originally saved as uncompressed before transfer to
the computer to preserve image quality and are kept archived for future
use.
For publication,
all pictures are available in uncompressed jpg format, or tiff format
depending on your specifications. They can also be converted to EPS
and PSD if you require.
Typical picture resolution is 2272 x 1704 for portrait sized pictures
and 1704 x 2272 for landscape pictures. Panorama pictures vary in size
up to a resolution of 8288x1704 depending on the image in question.
To give you an idea of their original size panoramas are reduced in
size to a third of their original size if a larger version is available.

I'm located in London and am available for freelance photography assignments
with previous experience in photography for brochures, corporate art
and magazines. I work at reasonable rates so if you need high-quality
archietectural or urban pictures they can be done to order, and done
